Health System Specialist

Job DutiesProvide accountability for key healthcare performance targets and advises leadership on planning, agreements, and program actions.Facilitate organizational decision-making and planning while coordinating with leadership and peers to resolve issues and implement changes that improve regional healthcare delivery.Coordinates budget planning and execution while recommending resource allocation, setting financial priorities, and implementing short- and long-term budget policies to support mission needs.Serve as the unit's lead data expert, analyzing key performance metrics, ensuring data integrity, managing databases, applying statistical methods, and guiding other specialists.Plan, assign, and evaluate the work of subordinates while managing priorities, schedules, performance standards, and personnel actions.Address employee concerns, administers minor disciplinary measures, supports training and development, and identifies ways to improve productivity and work quality.
