Baptist Primary Care Physicians at Bartram Commons Enjoy:

• Base salary of $260,000+ (based on experience), with a generous guarantee period and the ability to move into an uncapped RVU model at any time.

• Supervision of APPs as an extension of your care team, allowing physicians to efficiently manage larger panels and provide timely access for patients.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Board certified/board eligible physician (MD or DO)
• Ability to obtain an active and unrestricted Florida medical license
• Unwavering commitment to quality patient care
• Education preferred: Doctorate of Medicine
• Experience: Over 1 year of family practice experience preferred. Family medicine or internal medicine residency required.
• License and certification: Basic life support (BLS) preferred. Licensed physician required. Drug enforcement administration (DEA) license required.
