Roles and responsibilities · Receiving and reviewing pick directives from tablet to determine items to be picked, place items into totes on pick carts, and drop off completed picks to outbound shipping department. · Keeping accurate inventory records of items picked and packed and reporting any discrepancies or issues to the warehouse team lead or supervisor. · Communicating effectively with other warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. · Overall, a Warehouse rack picker plays a critical role in ensuring that products are accurately picked and shipped to customers in a timely and efficient manner. · Work safely and effectively in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.

Outbound-1st and 2nd shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 to $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Sunday )

Warehouse Associates ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers. You’ll work in one of the following roles: Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory. General responsibilities include:•Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling orders.•Pack, fold, and arrange garments.•Scanning shipping orders, and inputting into inventory system.•Research and correct displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, perform replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolving inventory and order discrepancies.

Outbound-1st and 2nd shift Qualifications:

Job Qualifications: Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or general labor preferred.  Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals. High school diploma or GED preferred but not required. Must successfully complete pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screen (if applicable).
