Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianSeeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain production equipment, support equipment reliability, and help minimize downtime. The technician will report to the Maintenance Manager and work closely with team members across departments.Responsibilities:Perform daily maintenance on food manufacturing and packaging equipmentConduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliabilityTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and make repairs or replace faulty partsAssist with the installation and removal of machineryAssist with spare parts inventory and notify the Maintenance Manager when parts need to be orderedSupport the production team during downtime events and perform other assigned maintenance tasksRequired Qualifications:Previous mechanical experienceStrong mechanical aptitudeKnowledge of basic hand toolsAbility to use basic power toolsWillingness to learn and work as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:Two years of experience in a maintenance position or equivalent educationPrevious food packaging experience
