Client is a top big box and retail construction general contractor with a growing portfolio.

Job Description

Travel is required, with overnight visits to 2-3 active job sites every 1-2 weeks. Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to final delivery. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project progress. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout all project stages. Monitor project performance and address any issues or delays proactively. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials and equipment as needed for construction activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects from start to finish. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee teams and workflows. Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in the construction industry. Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
