In your role as a Medical-Surgical nurse, you will be essential in providing exceptional care to patients in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Educating patients and ensuring their safety through preventive measures.
• Exhibiting proficiency in the safe operation and troubleshooting of equipment in PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg areas.
• Implementing infection control protocols and isolation procedures.
• Keeping precise documentation of patient conditions and nursing actions.
• Ensuring prompt execution of physician orders and reporting critical laboratory results.
• Restocking emergency carts and necessary supplies.
• Flexibly working across departments as required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
• Active Washington state nursing license is required.
