Close‑knit work environment: Supportive team culture and collaborative atmosphere Skill‑building in technical roles: Exposure to diverse systems and technologies to build your expertise Expansion and growth: Opportunities for advancement and professional development Competitive benefit package: Comprehensive medical, 401K match, PTO, and more Overview Of Tier II Service Desk Technician Duties Provide Tier II technical support for end users, resolving escalated issues Troubleshoot and support problems related to operating systems, business applications, printing, and network systems Support and maintain Windows OS (7/8/10) and Windows Server (2008 R2/2012 R2/2016) Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Office/365 environments (2007–2016, 365) Perform advanced troubleshooting of networking issues (DNS, switches, firewalls, VPN) Document incidents and resolutions with clear, detailed notes Collaborate with Tier I and Tier III teams on projects and escalations Requirements Of The Tier II Service Desk Technician 2+ years of IT support experience (Help Desk / Service Desk) Strong Windows OS and Windows Server support experience Solid Microsoft Office/365 administration and support skills Working knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, switches, firewalls, VPN) Familiarity with operating systems, business applications, printing, and network systems MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
