Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Regional Maintenance SupervisorLeumas is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing day-to-day and preventative maintenance programs across multiple properties. This role provides leadership, oversight, and communication to ensure maintenance teams have clear goals, operational controls, and efficient reporting systems.Key ResponsibilitiesManage routine, preventative, turnover, and emergency maintenance needsEliminate the need for third-party vendors by completing non-routine tasks such as: power washing, exterior lighting replacement, parking lot cold patching, turnover painting, flower bed management, exterior door repairs, HVAC unit/component replacement, interior/exterior painting, bi-weekly common area cleaning, and electrical outlet installationsOversee day-to-day and preventive maintenance programs for all propertiesDirect, train, and support onsite maintenance teams across multiple properties Ensure timely completion of service requests, work orders, and capital improvement projectsMonitor vendor and contractor performance; negotiate and manage maintenance-related contractsConduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and curb appeal standardsMonitor and control maintenance expenses within budget guidelinesProvide technical guidance and recommendations during property acquisitions, renovations, or capital projectsSupport leasing and resident services by ensuring units and common areas meet high-quality standardsPresent weekly updates to Housing Program Managers during Tactical MeetingsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentHVAC certificationCAMT certificationEPA certificationProven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar roleStrong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systemsDemonstrated leadership of maintenance teamsAdditional Requirements:Ability to travel up to 25% to support regional properties and initiativesWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancementCollaborative, mission-driven work environmentChance to contribute to transformative social impact projectsLeumas Residential is an equal opportunity employer.
