Manager of Data Engineering

Overview A leading enterprise organization is seeking a Manager, Data Engineering to lead a team responsible for delivering modern data solutions that support Finance and Supply Chain business operations. This role combines people leadership, stakeholder management, and technical oversight within a rapidly evolving cloud data environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of data engineering professionals Partner directly with Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements Drive development of scalable data products and solutions Support ongoing cloud data platform modernization initiatives Ensure operational reliability, testing, monitoring, and support processes Collaborate across business and technology teams to improve data accessibility and quality Required Qualifications Leadership experience managing data engineering teams Strong SQL and data architecture background Experience with modern cloud data platforms Strong business-facing communication skills Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions Ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities Preferred Qualifications Snowflake dbt Fivetran Airflow Python Oracle Fusion SAP Supply Chain or Finance domain knowledge ERP implementation experience Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $150,000 - $165,000 Eligibility to earn a 12.5% Annual Bonus Target Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available Work Environment 4 days per week onsite in Columbus, OH Highly collaborative environment Product-oriented data culture Strong partnership with business stakeholders across Finance and Supply Chain LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
