About the Position

Job Title: Ultrasound Tech - Vascular Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Ultrasound Tech - Vascular Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: State licensure required Certifications: - BLS - CCI RVS - RDCS or RVT Must-Have: Must be RVT certified Description: Position available for an Ultrasound Tech in a vascular specialty. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience. One RDMS registry is acceptable (Abdomen OR OB/GYN). RVT certification is required. BLS certification is also required. No state licensure is required for this position. Candidates will primarily work with patients diagnosed with peripheral vascular disease. Experience with GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, SonoSite, Aorta, Arterial Graft Studies, and more is preferred. The unit is multidisciplinary and includes support from other specialties, such as podiatry and vascular surgery. Candidates must have the appropriate certifications in hand at the time of submission. Attendance will be monitored, allowing up to three absences during the contract period.
