THE JOB:
Step into the role of Cook, where your passion for culinary craft takes center stage. In this position, you will bring dishes to life with precision, creativity, and pride, delivering flavors that leave a lasting impression. Beyond the kitchen, your energy and presence help shape the overall guest experience, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
By anticipating guest needs and paying attention to the details that matter most, you play a key part in turning every meal into something memorable.
THE STARTING RATE: $23.6747/Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
- Identify and safely use kitchen equipment
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
- Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
- Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service
- Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups
- Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in a similar resort setting
- Comfortable working an on-call position with flexible, as-needed scheduling
