$14.00 - $27.00/hr* Shift may start between 8:00am - 11:00am Shift may start between 1:00pm - 4:00pm Role summary Fashion Team Associate What you’ll do Do you enjoy helping customers figure out and find what they need? From everyday needs to special occasions, customers rely on you to guide them to the right product. As a sales associate in apparel, entertainment, toys, sporting goods, or one of many departments, you can brighten someone’s day. You will keep the aisles neat and clean, work with supervisors and fellow associates, stock shelves, answer questions, and may also help check out customers. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
