Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Paulding Care Center We are seeking a dedicated, Full‑Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Provide therapy sessions to patients to improve speech and language skills Monitor and document progress of patients throughout the course of therapy Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and strategies Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or related field Valid state license or certification in Speech‑Language Pathology Previous experience working as a Speech Therapist preferred Knowledge of various speech disorders and treatment methods Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
