Clinical Supervisor
Counseling Works is a thriving private therapy practice with offices located in Naperville, Frankfort, Lemont, and Shorewood, Illinois. We are an established group practice with a strong reputation and are excited to add an experienced clinical supervisor to our team.

The Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role in shaping the growth, development, and clinical excellence of our team at Counseling Works. This position blends meaningful clinical work with the opportunity to mentor clinicians, influence programming, and collaborate closely with leadership in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Education/License Requirements:
- LCPC, LCSW, LMFT or PsyD with 5 or more years of professional experience in a related field
