Title I Professional Development Facilitator

Qualifications Valid TN teacher's license with appropriate endorsement Previous experience working in education, Title I, family engagement, or community outreach roles Knowledge of Title I regulations, policies, and procedures Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including families, educators, community partners, and district personnel Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education Proficiency in One Drive and data management systems Title I funding - Year to year position/ Pending funding Job Overview The Title I Professional Development Facilitator supports the federal programs department in managing the Title I and family engagement programs observing all ESSA guidelines and compliance. Implement planned programs and provide support to improve academic achievement in student instruction. The Title I Facilitator will be responsible for fostering strong relationships between families, schools, and communities across a network of six schools within Maury County, Tennessee. This role will assist with the implementation of Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015 for the district. Primary responsibilities include coordinating Title I schools and collaborating with school-based and central office staff members to meet districtwide and school-level compliance.
