The ideal candidate would:
• Have three to five years of progressive experience and demonstrated success in managing staff.
• Be willing to work every other weekend and holiday
• Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction.
• Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors Benefits:
