What You'll Do:

• Support patient rehabilitation and daily living activities through evidence-based interventions
• Assist with assessments of patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Occupational Therapist
• Administer treatments such as ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including families and caregivers
• Document all interventions, progress notes, and treatment minutes accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous education activities
• Support supervision and training of students under the direction of supervising therapists
• Adhere to professional practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethical standards

What You Need:

• Current State Licensure/Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum 1 year of OTA experience in long-term care or similar setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document accurately
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics
