Corporate Associate

LHH is working to fill an Associate opening in the Corporate practice group of a reputable national firm. The role offers sophisticated transactional work, excellent mentorship, and long-term growth potential. About the Role This position is part of a nationally recognized corporate team advising public and private companies, financial institutions, and private equity clients on sophisticated transactions. The team promotes flexibility while maintaining a strong emphasis on teamwork and client service. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of M&A and/or general corporate experience looking to take on meaningful responsibility. Responsibilities Lead and manage due diligence teams Draft and negotiate key transaction documents Collaborate with specialists and senior attorneys on complex deals Support corporate governance, commercial contracts, and related matters Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision Qualifications JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials 2+ years of M&A/corporate experience (Am Law background preferred) Excellent writing skills and attention to detail Licensed with a U.S. state Bar What They Offer Anticipated salary range: $180K–$315K , depending on experience and office location Flexible hybrid schedule : two remote days per week Billable credit for pro bono work (up to 100 hours of annually) Strong benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and productivity/discretionary bonuses, paid sick leave where applicable by state law.
