Forklift Operator We're looking for a dependable Forklift Operator who takes pride in safe, accurate material handling and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're skilled with reach truck/stand-up forklifts, confident navigating warehouse systems, and ready to play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to make an impact. Compensation Starting hourly rate is $21.00 per hour. Team Members working the Night shift will qualify for an additional 6% shift differential. Work Schedule Rotational 12-hour shift | 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off Day Shift: 6 AM - 6 PM Night shift: 6 PM - 6 AM (preference given to night candidates) Employees working this rotating schedule can earn up to an additional $2,882.88 annually compared to a traditional 8-hour shift schedule Why Placon - You'll Love It Here A fast-moving role where your accuracy and safety mindset truly matter Opportunities to grow your skills and learn advanced warehouse systems A supportive manufacturing environment with modern equipment Competitive pay, great benefits, and a rotating schedule that supports work-life balance Great benefits and work-life friendly rotating schedule What You'll Do Operate reach truck/stand-up forklift and pallet jacks Load/unload trailers and move materials safely Pick, pack, stage, and put away inventory Supply production with materials Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas Use basic WMS/RF scanning tools What You Bring 1+ year of verified reach truck (stand-up forklift) experience Proven record of safe equipment operation and adherence to SOPs Strong attention to detail with accurate counting, labeling, and documentation Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for 12-hour shifts Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Familiarity with WMS systems, RF scanners, and basic computer/email skills Team-oriented mindset with solid communication and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
