Seeking a Comprehensive Dentist - Bright Now Dental Oxnard

Bright Now Dental Oxnard, is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Comprehensive Care Dentist to join our established practice Monday through Friday, and two Saturdays a month. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay that consist of a daily guarantee, excellent production percentages that start at 28%, a cost of living stipend to offset commuting expenses, excellent benefits, and an ongoing continuing education support to help you grow professionally while delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day with purpose - kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team - delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining )
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state)
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Compensation

$800 - $900 per day
