Job Description We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Forest Park, GA. As a Counter Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive shopping environment Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations Assist in warehouse operations for shipping and receiving when needed Maintain regular attendance and punctuality Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years of retail or customer service experience Preferred Qualifications: HVAC knowledge preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems In-depth product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about our product line Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Basic computer skills and attention to detail Team player with a collaborative mindset Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectively Inventory management skills Willingness to become forklift certified (training provided) Regular attendance and punctuality are vital for success in this role Additional Information *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
