Applicants for the Global Head of HVDC role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power systems, or a related field, with a master's or Ph.D. being advantageous. Extensive experience in the HVDC industry and a proven track record of delivering complex HVDC projects globally are essential.
