Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Full Time | San Diego, CA

Position Highlights
- Full-time, W2 Salaried Position
- Clinic-based, in person
- 60-minute treatment sessions
- Healthy caseload expectations & documentation blocks built into your day!
- Full admin team to handle scheduling & billing
- Bonus opportunities for advanced practice skills in feeding therapy!
- Onsite leadership team
What We're Looking For:
- MOT or OTD
- Active California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Passion for children & play-based therapy
- Collaborative outlook & strong communication skills
- Growth mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- $78,000 - $90,000 base pay PLUS generous production bonus incentives
- On target earnings (OTE) between $84k-100k DOE
- Employer sponsored Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- $500 Annual CEU
