Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Executive Director, Information and Technology
Services (I.T.S.), assumes primary management responsibility for the Technical
Services Department within I.T.S.; ensures efficient management and delivery of
services across the District's voice, video and data networks and performs other
essential job-related work as required. Maintains the computer, telephony and
communications equipment that constitutes the Wide Area Network. The fundamental
objective of this position is to ensure that the District and its various agencies, schools
and sites, students, parents and community, as well as state and government agencies
are provided with consistent and reliable access to the Districts' information resources.

It is important to note, to become an employee of Grossmont Union High School District, there will be a fingerprinting requirement that currently costs $72 (this is an up-front, out-of-pocket cost).
