Location: Canton, MI, USA What we are looking for: Yazaki is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our IT team in Canton, MI . The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative and action-driven environment making lasting impacts on the organization. This role supports the design, development, and implementation of data, reporting, and process solutions for the BI function and supports the BI toolset for the YNCA and Y-EMEA regions. What you will be doing: Development in the Microsoft Power Platform toolset including Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate. Support implementation of Executive Dashboard reporting with drill-down detail for business performance (Corporate KPI Tree) Develop initial mock-up designs for reports to ensure requirements and branding standards Create basic reports or provide design documentation for more complex report development Assist with report visualizations, data models, and DAX formulas for reporting solutions Help design and implement report security models including Row Level Security (RLS) Act as a liaison between business customers and IT for reporting, process, and data-related projects What you will bring to the table: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, and Azure Data Warehouse Certifications in Microsoft Power BI, Power Platform, or Azure Data Warehouse are a plus Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Team-oriented mindset with interest in learning BI tools and data analytics What we can provide you: A collaborative learning environment that will help you reach your maximum potential Opportunities to build your professional network Competitive compensation and benefits package including incentive compensation, 401K match, tuition assistance and a generous holiday schedule Yazaki North America is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, handicap, veteran status, or other legally protected status or characteristic.
