Quality Assurance Specialist

Collaborating closely with physician evaluators, the full-time California Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure medical-legal reports are complete, accurate, and compliant with statutory requirements while supporting timely processing for billing in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Review medical-legal reports according to QA Best Practice Guidelines Verify the completeness and accuracy of all Medical-Legal reports Consult with physicians regarding findings on impairment and assist in preparing them for depositions Required qualifications: Experience with California Medical-Legal Workers' Compensation reporting Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology across various specialties Expertise in MS Word and strong proficiency in typing and editing Thorough understanding of AMA Guides (5th Edition) and California Labor codes Experience in reviewing QME, AME, and IME reports Virtual Vocations Inc
