Essentially can be the technical solution partner for any company and business looking to scale. Been in business 30+ years and have consistently grown yoy and have recently accelerated their own growth and looking to add to their team significantly.

The Role Summary

The Business Analyst will work closely with the clients to understand, document, and validate their business processes, requirements, and perform analysis to identify the areas that require efficient technology solutions. Excellent analytical skills with business process knowledge to translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements. Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment with the ability to maintain discipline and focus on our business goals.

What You'll be Doing:

• Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
• Identifies project stakeholders and stakeholder groups to document their characteristics.
• Conducts interviews to gather business requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
• Assists the project team in defining project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Creates a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and proposing solutions.
• Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
• Creates process models, specifications, user stories and/or wireframes to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Assists with the interpretation of business requirements into feasible options and communicates these back to the business stakeholders.
• Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Participates in testing cycles to ensure features and functions enable the desired business processes.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Works closely with the project managers so that documents are on track and meet the consistency and usability standards set by SSI
• Works with development leads to meet the testing, documentation, support, and maintenance requirements of Client's technology platform.

Requirements

• Minimum five years related work experience
• College Degree in Business related field of study
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong experience gathering detailed Requirements engineering
• Experience process modeling
• Strong communication skills working through requirements to implementation tasks
