Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity Assignment Details Specialty: Behavioral Health Location: Oak Plains Academy in Ashland City, TN Duration: 13 weeks Full‑Time, 3x12 schedule every other weekend required Shift: day or night shift Enhanced hourly rate, tax‑exempt stipend where applicable Bi‑weekly pay Opportunity for overtime Travel RN Responsibilities Assess, monitor, record and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions. Maintain accurate patient reports and medical histories. Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure the best possible care for the patients.
