[Responsibilities]

- Conduct quality assurance tests on company products to ensure top performance
- Prepare comprehensive laboratory reports and technical presentations for internal and external clients
- Support additive selection and fluid design, collaborating with Design/Technical Engineers and Product Champions
- Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and proper waste disposal
- Identify and act upon opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency
- Perform risk analyses to mitigate safety and quality concerns, adhering strictly to HSE policies
- Participate actively in Service Quality Meetings with clients, supporting continuous performance improvement
- Complete required safety training and uphold all safety protocols, including PPE usage
- Liaise with Client Support Labs, product centers, and the InTouch repository for seamless operations
