Canine Care Team Member 25-35 hours a week Join a fast-paced, energetic environment dedicated to the safety, care, and happiness of dogs. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who truly enjoys working with dogs of all sizes and personalities while helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. Team members are responsible for supervising playgroups, cleaning and sanitizing all areas, monitoring dog behavior, and providing excellent care throughout the day. Responsibilities - Supervise and safely interact with dogs in group play settings - Monitor behavior, energy levels, and overall well-being of dogs - Maintain a clean and sanitary environment through frequent cleaning and waste removal - Clean kennels, play areas, floors, and common spaces throughout the day - Assist with feeding, bathing, medication administration, and basic care needs when needed - Ensure dogs are handled safely using proper techniques and protocols - Communicate professionally with team members and pet parents - Support daily operations in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment Qualifications - Comfortable working hands-on with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments - Strong work ethic with willingness to perform physical cleaning and janitorial duties daily - Ability to stay active, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude - Ability to lift supplies and assist with larger dogs when needed - Animal care, daycare, boarding, grooming, or veterinary experience is a plus but not required

This position is ideal for someone who loves dogs, values teamwork, and understands that maintaining a clean and safe environment is a vital part of exceptional canine care.

Also 14.50 is the training pay. Mastering our technique we give raises based on competency and independent work and doing what's best for the animals. We also earn tips once working independently which takes your hourly wage up.
