LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Controller that will report directly to the CFO and will be a key player in leadership. This role requires a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and significant experience working with private equity-backed companies. The successful candidate will supervise a small team and be responsible for month-end close, consolidations, intercompany transactions, technical accounting, cash flow analysis, and occasional travel. Located in Lehigh County, PA, on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a small team of accounting professionals.
• Manage the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee all consolidations and intercompany transactions.
• Ensure compliance with technical accounting standards.
• Conduct cash flow analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the CFO on financial planning and analysis.
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and advisors.
• Travel as required for business needs.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification is preferred
• Proven experience working with private equity-backed companies.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Background in Big 4 public accounting is required.
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of GAAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:

$135,000 - $145,000
