Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services, contributing to the growth of the practice. Collaborate with firm leadership to understand client risks and serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Leadership & Team Development Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment by coaching and mentoring staff, managing workloads, and providing clear expectations and feedback.
