Royalton Place (assisted living, memory care) provides care for residents and their families coming from all over the region. We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team at:

Simply put, as a Caregiver, you will:  

• Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff  

• Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile  

• Implement residents’ care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines  

• Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident’s day  

• Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter  

• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management  

• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living   

Required Certifications:

• Food Workers Card

• CPR/First Aid Certification

We are looking for great people that encompass:

$19.00 - $21.00/hour
*Depending on Experience

Memory Care Openings:

• Full Time

• Day Shift (6a-2p) Tuesday - Saturday

• Swing Shift (2p-10p) Thursday- Monday

• NOC Shift (10p-6a) Sunday - Thursday

• Weekend and Holiday Availability Required

Assisted Living Openings:

• Full Time

• Day Shift (6a-2p) Wednesday-Sunday
