The Water Mitigation Technician is the primary technician responding to requests for emergency mitigation services. Benefits include Position Training Company Vehicle and Cell Phone for business purposes Paid Time Off and Holidays after 90 days Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance after 90 days Simple IRA Account with 3% employer matching, vested immediately Job Duties Maintaining and monitoring equipment and vehicles Conducting moisture readings and assessments Creating and implementing drying plans Following best practices and all IICRC S500 and S520 guidelines Maintaining photographic and written documentationWarehouse organization and maintenance Job Requirements Applicants must be reliable, driven, and willing to be part of a team. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed directions. Ability to climb and work while on a ladder. Ability to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds, with the ability to lift and move 75 pounds. Ability to work in physically demanding environment. Basic understanding of technology and computer skills. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Must have a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
