Responsibilities:

As a Professional Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to uncover, identify, and create relationships with accounting and finance professionals who are at the top of their profession and considering making a move to a better organization. You will also nurture existing relationships by offering solutions and solving problems for diverse hiring needs. xhyhwjd

• Build, maintain, and manage account relationships through constant contact and advocacy
• Utilize the CRM system to qualify new prospects
• Profile and analyze accounts to overcome any objections and generate quality opportunities
• Present the value of our client services to prospective and existing clients
• Recruit, interview, and coach potential candidates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited university, preferably in the Accounting or Finance field
• 0-2+ year(s) of professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a public accounting or professional recruiting firm.
• Highly motivated and ambitious with the ability to perform in a high-energy sales environment
• Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and decision-maker with a consultative approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
• Self-Starter, Outgoing Personality
