Our challenge We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in the Retirement domain to lead large-scale client engagements and delivery programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services and consulting, managing complex technology initiatives for retirement, pension, and wealth administration clients. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $145k - $150k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and transformation programs for Retirement clients. Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders. Drive program governance, delivery excellence, financial management, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting, engineering, data, and QA teams. Support business development activities, solutioning, and proposal efforts. Manage distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams and ensure successful project execution. Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing clients. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or technology delivery. Strong domain expertise in Retirement Services, including 401(k), pension administration, retirement recordkeeping, benefits administration, or wealth and retirement platforms. Experience managing large-scale application development, modernization, cloud, data, or digital transformation programs. Proven track record of stakeholder management and executive-level client engagement. Strong program management, budgeting, and governance experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred, but not required: Experience working with leading Retirement providers, recordkeepers, or financial services organizations. Knowledge of retirement administration platforms and related business processes. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
