ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Bev Cundiff has been an agent with State Farm for over 35 yrs; we have a family-oriented office environment. Looking for someone who is comfortable in that type of work environment. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable working with the public, greet everyone with a smile, able to work around conflicts, is willing to learn and help the agency grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Currently have or willing to obtain Va Licensing requirements.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
