Assistant Manager

We’re Hiring: Bilingual Assistant Manager, Staffing Operations Louisville, Kentucky | Part Time Vision Quest Logistics and Monark Kustom Services are seeking an organized, dependable professional to support the General Manager with daily staffing and workforce operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing competing priorities, and supporting warehouse and logistics teams. Key Responsibilities Recruit, screen, and interview candidates. Coordinate orientations, onboarding documentation, and employee follow up. Provide communication and translation support in English and Spanish. Coordinate training with client supervisors and operational leadership. Monitor attendance and maintain accurate staffing reports. Assist with payroll, timekeeping corrections, and employee pay questions. Support safety meetings, employee coaching, and incident documentation. Communicate staffing needs and operational updates to management. Help address employee concerns and maintain professional client relationships. Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and administrative systems. Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, warehouse operations, or administration preferred.
