Work Shift: Evening
Pay Range: $21.41 - $31.53
Union: SEIU 1199-Service and Dietary
Shift Differentials/Premiums:
Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Yes
Shift Differentials: No
Evening - $3.00/hour
Night - $5.00/hour
Weekend - $4.50/hour
Premiums:
Per Diem - 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits)
Lead - $3.25/hour
On-Call - $3.00/hour
Preceptor - $1.50/hour
Trainer - $1.50/hour
Job Description
Contributes to the effective operations of the Environmental Services Department of Olympic Medical Center by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for patients, staff and visitors. Duties include, but are not limited to, daily cleaning and supplying of patient rooms, treatment rooms, restrooms, nurseries, nursing stations, lounges, offices, waiting areas and other areas as assigned. Performs more in-depth types of housekeeping functions than Environmental Services Worker I.
Education: High school diploma/equivalent preferred.
Experience: One year of previous industrial/hospital housekeeping experience preferred.
Licensure/Credentials: None.
