Job#: 3032092 Job Description: Financial Analyst Location: Loveland, Colorado (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking a Financial Analyst for a contract role with a duration of one year, with a likelihood of extension. This position will report to a regional finance manager and will heavily interface with the business side of Finance units. The role is centered on project growth related to a new SAP deployment and requires a candidate who can quickly adapt and contribute to full-cycle analytics. Key Responsibilities - Assist with daily margin analysis to identify issues proactively and work with the business to correct them. - Provide financial and business analysis to support key strategic targets. - Assist regional, divisional, and branch managers in analyzing their business to improve operating and financial performance. - Support the preparation of budgets, strategic plans, forecasts, and monthly business narratives. - Interface with finance units to address business questions related to margins, sales orders, and resource utilization. - Participate in the monthly financial close process, working with business managers and operational accounting departments. - Conduct data harmonization, testing, and margin analysis. - Contribute to the integration of legacy company data and processes. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from a recognized institution. Experience: 3+ years of experience in Financial Analysis. Experience with finance or accounting, including margins research, sales orders, and blends investigations is required. Technical Skills: Proficiency with SAP is necessary. Advanced skills in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, are required. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with operations teams in diverse environments. - Background in cost analysis, including margins and rebates. - Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, and communication skills.
