Event Show Demonstrator - Home Show Booth

Job Description

• Cerberus Home is a Denver-based, multi-trade home remodeling company serving the Front Range — windows, doors, siding, gutters, painting, flooring, baths, and decks.
• Our tagline says it: Your Home's First Line of Defense. We install products that protect and upgrade the homes we work on, and we back every job.
• We're hiring Brand Ambassadors / Event Demonstrators to staff our booth at home shows, fairs, and community events across the Denver metro and surrounding Front Range markets.
• You'll engage attendees, walk them through our products, and set qualified in-home consultations for our design team.
• Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, plus $25 bonus for every qualified appointment booked.  
• Mileage reimbursed for travel to booked events.

Essential Duties

• Attract visitors and staff the Cerberus Home booth at assigned shows and events
• Engage passers-by and draw them into the booth
• Give basic product overviews across our service lines
• Explain product features and benefits at a homeowner level
• Secure entry forms and book in-home consultations
• Maintain a professional appearance for the full shift
• Keep the booth clean, stocked, and organized
• Collect and hand off daily leads to the Event Coordinator

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality — comfortable starting conversations with strangers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation to booked shows and events across Denver metro
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Available to work weekends
• Customer service, retail, or event experience is a plus — not required
