Call Center Specialist

Working Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2:30p - 11p, Friday and Saturday night 10:45p-6:45a (overnight) Summary Provides operational leadership for CCS. Provides the highest level of customer service, emergency activations and call processing. Participates in after hours CCS staffing on call. Provides coordination of BH pager support and services. Coordinates and trains all new employees. Assists in ongoing training and support of team members. Maintains accurate information in the knowledge base. Prepares work scheduled for team members. Demonstrates positive leadership in all aspects of the job. Other information Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. 36 months call center customer service experience. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Performance expectations as specified are achieved (Call Center Associate I and Call Center Associate II expectations exceeded). Self starter. Positive leader skills. Organizational skills.
