ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specialized in ICU care to provide exceptional patient management and critical support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in intensive care procedures and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and clinical status continuously to detect any changes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient responses, treatments, and interventions accurately and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control standards, and hospital policies.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license with current licensure.
• Possess at least 1-2 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Able to work flexible shifts, including overnight and weekends.
• Comply with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.
