Customer Service Representative I (Dakine Equipment)

Dakine Equipment Customer Service Representative IWe are looking for an organized and motivated Customer Service Representative I to join the Dakine Equipment Customer Service team. This role serves as the foundation for developing future Customer Service Account Representatives by building knowledge of order management, customer support, systems, and cross-functional processes. The CSR will support assigned customer accounts, assist with order management activities, and partner with experienced CS team members to develop the skills necessary to manage customer accounts independently.Customer & Account SupportSupport assigned customer accounts and sales territories with day-to-day customer service needs.Respond to customer and sales representative inquiries with timely and accurate communication.Build relationships with customers, sales reps, and internal partners.Order Management DevelopmentAssist with order entry, maintenance, and order updates.Learn and support EDI customer processes.Assist with customer order holds, returns, and credit requests.Monitor order status and escalate issues when needed.Partner with CSR II and Senior CSR team members on complex order challenges.Cross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate with Sales, Distribution, Finance, AR, and Operations teams.Assist with troubleshooting shipment delays, pricing questions, and order issues.Develop knowledge of Dakine products, sales programs, and customer processes.Process & Team SupportMaintain accurate customer and order documentation.Support reporting and process improvement initiatives.Assist with warranty support and consumer inquiries as needed.Participate in team meetings, training, and development activities.Other duties as assigned.What to Bring:1+ years of customer service, sales support, or related experience.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Willingness to learn ERP systems, order management, and EDI processes.Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow within Customer Service.What We Offer:Competitive salary (we leverage market data) + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k match, life insurance, pet insurance)Company gym with access to personal trainerOn-site KitchenPaid Parental Leave13 company holidaysProfessional development workshopsEmployee product discounts on selected brandsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
