Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant Role at Monte J Smith DDS & Associates Monte J Smith DDS & Associates is a patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality dental care. We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Pay $25 - $35 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday – Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, X-ray / Radiography Certification Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in California CPR and AED certification required Proficient in dental radiography with valid X-Ray certification (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Preferences Software Experience: Open Dental Minimum 2 years of dental hygiene experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply Experience with OpenDental software is a plus Job Description Perform dental hygiene assessments and cleanings Take and interpret dental X-rays using OpenDental software Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care Administer local anesthesia as needed (per state law) Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments Collaborate effectively with dentists, dental assistants, and office staff Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including CPR and AED procedures Benefits 401(k) Dental Coverage California Sick Pay Jobley Bonus $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Facility Information- Name: Dental Solutions
