Requirements

• Required certification: Occupational Therapist
• 1+ years of experience
• Unit Notes:Unit Rehab (PT, OT, & Speech) Certs: BLS required, CA license EMR: Cerner Charge Nurse: Manager on days available (M-F) Nurse Aides: PT aides - usually one on Sun, mon, tues, 2 on wed-sat Weekend Requirement: will work every 3rd weekend Holidays: work into perm staff rotation for all modalities Scrub Color: polo style shirt or a button down long sleeve (burgundy in color) that is provided through vendor through hospital staff if wanted, dark (solid) pants, no scrubs allowed Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: hosp 24/7 yes IV Team: No RT 24/7: Yes Pharmacy 24/7: Yes Shifts: 4 10 hr shifts for PT 7am-5:30pm Floating: No floating Floor specific orientation: 8 hours of orientation for all modalities Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in specialty, must have at least 1 year of acute care hospital experience, open to first time travelers. Cancellation Policy:Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13 week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks Charting System:Cerner BSN Required:False License to Submit:Yes Trauma Level:2 Care Setting:Acute Division:Allied Shift Notes:10 hr Days, EOW Required Certifications:BLS Certification, COVID Vaccine Required (Certification)
