Provide clear 'Fit/No-Fit' reports on character chemistry and scene flow. What We're Looking For High media literacy - you know exactly why a scene feels high-quality or low-budget. Need not have a relevant degree in itself, but an interest and knowledge of film, cinema, trends and culture.
