Part-Time Office Assistant & Full Time
Experience Level: Mid-Level

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time and a Full Time Office Assistant with mid-level experience to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably experience with medical billing. Mondays are required, with additional hours based on office needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Greet and assist visitors as needed
• Manage filing systems (electronic and paper)
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Assist with data entry and record maintenance
• Support billing processes; medical billing experience preferred
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of office or administrative experience (mid-level)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook required; PowerPoint a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Medical billing experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma required; additional administrative or healthcare training a plus

Work Schedule:

• Part-time hours
• Mondays are required
• Additional hours/days to be determined based on business needs

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
