Team members collaborate closely with attorneys to support efficient case management and responsive client service.\nRole Description This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal role based in Cleveland, OH. The Paralegal will support attorneys by preparing and organizing legal documents, drafting correspondence, and assisting with case filings and court submissions. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, reviewing and summarizing documents, managing case files and deadlines, and maintaining accurate records in firm systems. The role also involves communicating with clients, courts, and external parties, scheduling meetings and hearings, and coordinating logistics related to case workflows. The Paralegal will collaborate with the legal team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant support across all assigned matters.\nQualifications\n\n At least one year of prior paralegal experience\n Foundational knowledge of Law and legal procedures, with the ability to apply this understanding to day-to-day case work\n Strong Legal Document Preparation skills, including drafting, formatting, and organizing pleadings, motions, and correspondence\n Proficiency in Research and Document Review to gather information, verify facts, and analyze case-related materials\n Effective Communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner\n Relevant paralegal certificate or degree, or equivalent experience in a law firm or legal department\n Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines\n Proficiency with common office and legal software (e.g., word processing, document management, e-filing systems)\n Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Cleveland, OH, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards\n
