About this opportunity

The Driver Manager position is a key operation role focused on supporting drivers and ensuring efficient load coordination. This opportunity offers hands-on experience and a strong entry point for building a career in transportation.

Pay and Schedule

These are the following shift schedules currently available:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM
• 4x3 Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, with alternating Wednesdays
• Friday - Monday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

The pay range is $50,000 - $60,000/year dependent on experience.

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with drivers to support their success
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries by effectively tracking and tracing loads
• Identify patterns, trends, and irregularities through both independent analysis and team collaboration
• Respond to urgent situations with professionalism and sound judgment
• Communicate clearly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to support daily operations
